My grandmother always fascinated me with her ability to help women in her community in Iran. She lived in a modest neighborhood and had transformed a room in her house into a local grocery store. Her door was open all day, signaling that everyone was welcome to enter, share tea, and find an attentive ear. But she always went beyond just listening. She connected people to find solutions, reached out to her network to help someone who had lost a job or couldn't make ends meet. No matter the problem, she gave everything, mobilizing her entire neighborhood as support.

These principles are exactly what Adam Grant and William Von Hippel explain in their books "Give and Take" and "The Social Paradox". This is where we'll begin!

Through Women CXO, I wish to perpetuate this tradition initiated by my grandmother: supporting extraordinary women. We teach you the codes of leadership in a universe still largely dominated by men, particularly in technical fields and management positions.

Women CXO is a club offering in-person activities in Ottawa and Montreal. We gather for leadership exchange sessions and reciprocity circles, mainly in summer. The rest of the year, discussions, webinars, training, and circle activities take place regularly online.
